2 busts 1 card

In 1999, there was no one more electric with a football in his hands than Peter Warrick. It seemed as though Saturday night Sports Center with filled with mind blowing play after mind blowing play. He was a threat to score each and every time he touched the ball. He was Reggie Bush before there was Reggie Bush.

During that same year, there was a pair a defensive teammates striking fear in the heart of Big Ten QBs. Courtney Brown and Lavar Arrington of Penn State were a defensive tandem that the likes of which have not been seen since. Brown racked up 33 sacks and 70 tackles for loss in his career. The Cleveland Browns made Brown the first pick of the 2000 NFL draft.

Here is a card featuring jerseys of the best offensive and defensive players in all of college football in 1999. Both turned out to be busts in the NFL, but that doesn't change what they accomplished in college.

I can't imagine someone else bidding on it, and the buyer will probably have a 0.99 steal.

Update: this card went for $0.99.
